excellent book with extremely authentic and simple recipes---I only wish we had the type of seafood that Enrica has available to her in Venice!The icing on the cake is that we have a private class scheduled with Enrica in October and will surely have her autograph my copy---VERY EXCITED!! I would definitely buy this book if you've ever been to Venice or hope to go---book is worth every penny--even if you don't cook, the pictures alone are gorgeous and worth the price of admission!!
